As of January 1, 2023 Scott & Lisa Weld purchased Royal Flush. The Weld Family has been a leader in the liquid waste industry for three generations.

Royal Flush currently  lead by the fourth  generation – A brother and sister team; Sten & Milah Weld. We offer an excellent service to customers throughout Lane, Linn, Benton, and Douglas Counties.

Scott & Lisa

Owners
Scott is an entrepreneur and loves problem solving while Lisa is the creative type. They thrive when working on challenging projects together, they love working with their children in the business, and enjoy their employees which they consider family.

Sten

Operations Manager
Sten has 2 adorable young kiddos. He is a diesel mechanic and an ace troubleshooter. He has built our Buck's trucks for years, managed our Royal Flush Septic business.

Milah

Financial Administrator
Milah is a graduate of Linfield College and feels just as at home on a forklift as she does manipulating spreadsheets. She can back up a trailer better than any man but brings the heart to our operation.

Kara

Customer Service
Kara is a Texas native and an avid Texas Longhorn fan. She is a diesel mechanic, she loves camping and has a dog named Remy.

James

Customer Service
James is a proud grandpa. His first car was a '77 Trans Am. His favorite movies are ET and Tombstone. He despises shopping and road trips.

Robert

Customer Service
Robert is our resident "Santa Claus". He loves a good cheeseburger. Cody, Wyoming has been his favorite place to visit and his dream vacation is a train ride through the Rockies.

Josh

Mechanic
Josh wears many hats . . . he's a dad of 3, he's a Buck's guy, a mechanic,a restroom/shower trailer specialist and skydiving is on his bucket list.

Mike

Mechanic
Mike graduated from Willamette HS and is a father of 3. Has been a mechanic for over 25 years. His first car was a '71 Olds Cutlass. Loved visiting Alaska.

Jason

Mechanic
Jason is a veteran and spent most of his life in Mill City. He is a father of two, and loves Chinese food. He's been a diesel mechanic for nearly 30 years, but his passion is welding/fabricating.

Johnny Driveline

Fabricator
Johnny has been at Andersons since 2019. He is a father of two and his "go to" snack food is Doritos chips. He has a coin collection and would love to visit Greece. He wins the award for the best eyebrows of the bunch.

Cole

Yard Supervisor
Cole is a graduate of Sheldon HS. His first car was a 1990 diesel Jetta. Hawaii is a favorite place he's been. He LOVES watermelon and he competes in drifting. Follow him on IG under @driftrollas
